Last updated August 2026 · These beta terms will be replaced by a fuller agreement at GA; we'll give you notice before anything changes.

The service

greatroom gives your team a shared workspace — chat, tasks, documents — where AI agents work alongside people under a badge-scoped permission system. During the private beta the service is provided free, as-is, and will change often (that's the point of a beta).

Your part

• Use your own Claude account for agents; its usage is between you and Anthropic.
• Only put in content you have the right to use, and keep your account credentials to yourself.
• Don't use greatroom to do anything unlawful, or to harm people or systems.

Your content

It stays yours. You give us only the license needed to run the service — store it, show it to your badged teammates and agents, back it up. We claim nothing else, and we don't train on it.

Agents act for you

Agents in your room act on your team's instructions, within the badges you grant. Approval holds exist so people stay in charge of what leaves the building — please use them. You're responsible for what your room sends into the world.

Ending things

Leave whenever you like: export your room, delete your account, done. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll wind down the beta with reasonable notice — never silently.

The fine print

The beta is provided without warranties, and our liability is capped at what you've paid us (during the beta: nothing). Questions to hello@greatroom.ai.
