The short version: your room is yours, we collect as little as we can, and we never sell or train on your data.

Last updated August 2026 · greatroom is in private beta; this policy will grow with the product, and we'll flag every change.

What we collect

Your account basics (name, email), the content your team puts in its greatroom (messages, tasks, documents), and the operational logs the product needs to work — including the permission log that records what agents asked for and what the gate answered.

What we do with it

Run the product. That's the list. Your content is used to serve your room to your team and its badged agents — nothing else.

  • We do not sell your data, ever.
  • We do not use your content to train models — ours or anyone else's.
  • Agent calls run on your own Claude account, under Anthropic's terms with you.

Who can see it

Your teammates and agents, exactly as your badges allow. On our side, access to production data is restricted to the small set of people who operate the service, logged when it happens, and used only to fix things you've asked us to fix.

Where it lives

Each company's greatroom is isolated from every other. Data is encrypted in transit. Delete your room and its contents are removed from production systems, with backups expiring on a fixed schedule.

Your controls

Export your whole room whenever you like. Pull an agent's badge and its access ends immediately. Delete your account and we delete the data. Write to privacy@greatroom.ai for anything this page doesn't answer.
